Kaiji Season 2




Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji (賭博黙示録カイジ, lit. Gambling Apocalypse Kaiji) (also known as "Ultimate Survivor Kaiji") is a Japanese manga series about the art of gambling, written by Nobuyuki Fukumoto. It is published by Kodansha in Young Magazine. The first part of the manga (13 volumes), was adapted as a 26-episode anime television series called Kaiji (カイジ), which began airing October 2007. Madhouse has revealed that a second season of the anime is planned. A live-action 'Kaiji' movie was released October 10, 2009 in Japan with Tatsuya Fujiwara, most noted for playing Yagami Light in the Death Note live-action, playing the role of Kaiji. Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji is considered Fukumoto's most famous work, and is well known in both Japan and Korea. In 1998, it was the winner of the Kodansha Manga Award in the General category. A second television anime series based on the Kaiji manga has been announced, and will premiere April 5, 2011

K-On!




K-On! (けいおん! Keion!) is a Japanese four-panel comic strip manga written and illustrated by Kakifly. The manga was serialized in Houbunsha's seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara between the May 2007 and October 2010 issues. It was also serialized in Houbunsha's magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat. The manga will relaunch in spring 2011 in Manga Times Kirara. A 13-episode anime adaptation produced by Kyoto Animation aired in Japan between April and June 2009. An additional original video animation (OVA) episode was released in January 2010. A 26-episode second season, titled K-On!! (with two exclamation marks), aired in Japan between April and September 2010, with an OVA episode released in March 2011. An anime film adaptation has been announced and will be released in Japan on December 3, 2011. The title of the series comes from the Japanese word for light music, keiongaku (軽音楽), but in the Japanese context is similar to pop music.

Jewelpet




Jewelpet (ジュエルペット Juerupetto) is a magical girl anime series based on the Jewelpet Franchise by Sanrio and toy division of video game giant Sega. The series was produced by Studio Comet and premiered on April 5, 2009 to March 26, 2010 on TV Osaka and TV Tokyo, replacing Onegai My Melody Kirara★ in its initial timeslot. The series also recently aired in Taiwan on YOYO TV, and premiered as part the Boing programming block on the Telecinco television network in Spain in April 2010. A second series titled Jewelpet Tinkle☆ (ジュエルペット てぃんくる☆ Juerupetto Tinkuru☆) premiered later on TV Tokyo from April 3, 2010 to March 26, 2011 with 52 Episodes.
A third series titled Jewelpet Sunshine (ジュエルペット サンシャイン Juerupetto Sanshain) is expected to premiere in April 2, 2011

IS (Infinite Stratos)




IS <Infinite Stratos> (IS〈インフィニット・ストラトス〉 IS <Infinitto Sutoratosu>) is a Japanese light novel series by Izuru Yumizuru with illustrations provided by Okiura. As of December 2010, 6 volumes have been published by Media Factory under their MF Bunko J label. A manga adaptation by Kenji Akahoshi started serialization in the seinen manga magazine Monthly Comic Alive on May 27, 2010. An anime adaptation began broadcasting in Japan on January 7, 2011.

Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi




Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi (星空へ架かる橋, trans. Bridge to the Stars) is a Japanese adult bishōjo game published by Feng. Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi was adapted into an anime television series by Dogakobo under the direction of Takenori Mihara and Go Zappa supervising the scriptwriting. The anime series will begin its broadcast run in April 2011.

Wish Upon the Pleiades





Wish Upon the Pleiades, also known under the Japanese title Hōkago no Pleiades (放課後のプレアデス Hōkago no Pureadesu, lit. "After School Pleiades"), is an original net animation series developed jointly by Gainax and Japanese automaker Subaru. The series was released on YouTube in four parts on February 1, 2011 with the English-subtitled version appearing six days later.

Hen Zemi




Hen Zemi (変ゼミ), also known as Abnormal Physiology Seminar, is a Japanese comedy manga series written and illustrated by TAGRO and is a remake of TAGRO's earlier manga series, Hentai Seiri Seminar. Hen Zemi has been serialized in Kodansha's Morning 2 manga magazine since 2006. It has been adapted into an original video animation in 2010, as well as a anime television series in 2011.
